This rag rug was hand woven on an antique American floor loom by Diane McKinnon for Hovden. It was made with cleaned, recycled materials. It's truly is one-of-a-kind!
100 years ago, what happened to the busserull shirts after they were so worn that you couldn't use them anymore? They were recycled into something else. For example rag rugs. Not because they were concerned with global warming or growing landfills. But because it was a resource that could be used.
